Der SLYRS Single Malt Amontillado Cask Finish ist ein intensiver und komplexer Whisky mit einem süßen und fruchtigen Geschmack. In der Nase sind deutliche Noten von Vanille, Karamell und Trockenfrüchten zu erkennen, begleitet von einer leichten Rauchigkeit. Beim ersten Schluck entfaltet sich ein Aromenspiel aus süßen Früchten, Vanille und Karamell, das von einer angenehmen Würze begleitet wird. Im Abgang zeigt sich der Whisky von seiner rauchigen Seite, begleitet von einer leichten Bitterkeit und einem Hauch von Trockenfrüchten.

Nase: Vanille, Karamell, Trockenfrüchte, leichte Rauchigkeit.

Geschmack: Süße Früchte, Vanille, Karamell, angenehme Würze.

Abgang: Rauchig, leicht bitter, Trockenfrüchte.

Der SLYRS Single Malt Amontillado Cask Finish eignet sich hervorragend zum pur genießen, eventuell mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser, um die Aromen zu intensivieren. Auch in einem Whisky Sour oder Old Fashioned kann er seine Aromen entfalten. Auf Eis sollte man ihn jedoch eher nicht trinken, da die Kälte die Aromen und den Geschmack beeinträchtigen kann.
