An Clairin is essentially its own category of rum, as it is exclusively produced in Haiti and is not subject to legal requirements such as "Rhum agricole". The Sajous is very powerful at 56.4% ABV and yet incredibly complex, without any barrel aging.

Ein intensiver und komplexer Rum mit einem kräftigen Geschmack. In der Nase sind deutliche Noten von tropischen Früchten und Gewürzen zu erkennen, begleitet von einer leichten Schärfe. Beim ersten Schluck entfaltet sich ein komplexes Aromenspiel aus tropischen Früchten, Pfeffer und einer angenehmen Süße. Im Abgang zeigt sich der Rum von seiner würzigen Seite, begleitet von einer mineralisch-erdigen Note.

Nase: Tropische Früchte, Gewürze, leichte Schärfe.

Geschmack: Tropische Früchte, Pfeffer, angenehme Süße.

Abgang: Würzig, mineralisch-erdig.
