Gereift auf 1.501m ü.M. im SLYRS Mountain Lager, einer der höchsten Lagerstätten für Whisky weltweit. Die Mountain Edition ruht insgesamt 5 Jahre am Berg, die streng limitierte Jägerkamp Edition sogar 6 Jahre.
Das Fasslager ist nicht temperatur-kontrolliert. Extreme Temperaturschwankungen von bis zu 60 Grad lassen den Whisky auf seine ganz besondere Art reifen.
Das Gestenmalz für die Mountain Edition wird über Buchenholz geräuchert und verleiht dem Whisky eine angenehme Würze und dezente Rauchnote.
Ein echter “Bavarian Highland”-Whisky
Der Jägerkamp ist 2023 der Namensgeber der streng limitierten Sammler Edition mit Echtstein Etikett. Der Jägerkamp hat 1746 Höhenmeter und exakt auf diese Anzahl an Flaschen ist die Edition limitiert.
