Der Dolin Blanc Vermouth ist ein aromatischer Wermut mit einem komplexen Geschmack. In der Nase sind deutliche Noten von Kräutern und Gewürzen zu erkennen, begleitet von einer leichten Süße. Beim ersten Schluck entfaltet sich ein vielschichtiges Aromenspiel aus Kräutern, Gewürzen und einer angenehmen Frische. Der Geschmack ist vollmundig und wird von einer leichten Bitterkeit begleitet, die jedoch nicht zu dominant ist. Im Abgang zeigt sich der Wermut von seiner würzigen Seite, begleitet von einer angenehmen Süße und einer leichten Bitterkeit.
