Gin XIX owes its name to the 19 botanicals used to flavor it. These natural, purely plant-based ingredients are macerated in a French distillery with a wheat raw brand in barrels and distilled in a copper still using the so-called 'pot still' method. The distillate with an alcohol content of 60-75% is then bottled at a drinking strength of 40.5%.
Tasting Notes
Intense aroma and taste of juniper, with distinct notes of citrus fruits. Hints of coriander and cardamom. Very soft and aromatically balanced.
