The nose is dominated by strong peat notes, accompanied by sweet and fruity aromas. In the mouth, it is powerful and full-bodied with notes of peat, sweetness, and a light spiciness. The finish is long-lasting and characterized by intense peat notes.

Der Ardbeg Supernova Committee 2015 ist ein rauchiger und intensiver Single Malt Whisky aus Schottland. In der Nase sind deutliche Noten von Torfrauch und Meersalz zu erkennen, begleitet von einer subtilen Süße. Beim ersten Schluck entfaltet sich ein komplexes Aromenspiel aus Rauch, Gewürzen und dunkler Schokolade, das von einer angenehmen Süße begleitet wird. Im Abgang zeigt sich der Whisky von seiner rauchigen Seite, begleitet von einer leichten Schärfe und einem Hauch von Meersalz.
Nase: Intensiver Torfrauch, Meersalz, subtile Süße.
Geschmack: Komplexes Aromenspiel aus Rauch, Gewürzen und dunkler Schokolade, begleitet von einer angenehmen Süße.
Abgang: Rauchig, leicht scharf und mit einem Hauch von Meersalz.
Der Ardbeg Supernova Committee 2015 eignet sich am besten pur oder mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser, um den Geschmack zu intensivieren. Auf Eis oder in einem Cocktail würde der rauchige Geschmack zu sehr verwässert werden und somit an Intensität verlieren.
